Terms of Purchase - Ticket and Table Purchase

This website is operated by Starworks Global Pte, Ltd is a holding company of PT. Taman Bintang Bali hereinafter referred to as “Red Ruby”, “we”, “us” and “our” throughout this website.

By visiting this website and/ or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Term of Purchase”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions that appear during the transactions, policies, and notices stated here.

Please read these Terms of Purchase carefully before using this website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you are agreeing to be bound by the obligations of these Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree with this agreement, then you may not be able to complete any purchase or transaction.

The purchasing service terms and conditions describe your right and responsibility and what you can expect from Red Ruby when you purchase something from us. You must understand and agree with the terms and conditions before processing your purchase.

If you agree with the terms, please read and check the box next to the “I Agree to the terms and conditions” when it is presented to you. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you will not be able to complete the ticket purchase and table booking transactions.

We reserve the right to update, change, and/or delete these terms at any time by posting updates and/or changing the websites. It is your responsibility to periodically check these terms of purchase.

Use of Service

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of old to use the website and order for the service. We will reject those who are under 18 (eighteen) years for member registration and the ticket purchase.

If you are not above or at least 18 (eighteen) years old but have the entry ticket, we will not allow you to enter the venue and use our service.

We will always make sure that your data is secure by using layered security. However, cybercrime is everywhere on the internet. We suggest you take self-protection against cybercrime. Please do not share your personal information, credit card information, and password with anyone.


A. Ticket Purchase

The entry ticket price may vary between regular days, weekends, festive periods, and special events. For every ticket purchased, the guest will get a free drink.

Entry tickets can be purchased at the venue or from the website. The price is stated in Indonesian Rupiah. Purchase from the website only can be done by several payment methods such as Paypal, bank transfer, and credit card. The ticket price already includes 10% (ten percent) government tax and service charge 7% (seven percent).

The guests can enter the club for free before midnight, the entrance tickets only require from midnight onwards. The guest should always check if the corrected tickets have been selected because the ticket is non-exchangeable or refundable.

B. Table Booking

Table booking via website required the full payment upfront by Paypal, bank transfer, and credit card. You will pay for the table you have selected including the drinks and entry tickets. The government tax 10% (ten percent) and service charge 7% (seven percent) is applicable for table booking transactions as additional charges. All prices will be stated in Indonesian Rupiah.

The table package price will vary depending on seating options and the number of people. There are regular tables for a maximum of 7 (seven) people people and a VIP table for up to 15 (fifteen) people. If you are in a group that reaches the maximum number of people for the selected table, you need to book more than 1 (one) table.

Table booking is not refundable or rescheduling. Before making a purchase you should read every detail including the correct event, date, day, and time. There is a “15 (fifteen) minutes” policy for the table, meaning you have to come no more late than 15 (fifteen) minutes from the time scheduled. If you arrive late, you should contact our staff for an arrival confirmation. Red Ruby has the right to sell the table to another guest if you fail to check-in on time, without giving prior notice to us. Therefore, Red Ruby will not process a refund or exchange.

Purchase Details and Confirmation

Red Ruby accepts credit cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express. All payment information is guaranteed secure and transferred via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Please do not share your credit card details with anyone.

Red Ruby has the right to refuse the transaction if the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected. Once the tickets are successfully purchased, the purchase details and receipt will be sent to the specified email address that has been used when the customer places the order. The tickets will be attached to the email and also under the member’s account on Red Ruby apps.

Check-in Policy

You must present your e-ticket that contains a QR code to be scanned by a reception at the entrance. If you bought the tickets only, you can enter anytime during the event. However, if you booked a table, you must check-in within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes later than the scheduled time. If you fail to arrive at the time scheduled, you should inform our staff so we can keep the table for you. If not, we will resell the table to another guest and you WILL NOT receive any refund.

Every single ticket is for one entry, once the ticket is scanned at the front door means it will not be scanned for the next time. Please never let anyone else get a copy of the tickets or access to duplicate the tickets. For those who booked the table, the time arrival confirmation will always be the time you scanned the ticket at the entrance.

Please also make sure when you share the tickets, each person in your group will not get the same unique ticket number. The name of the person who booked the ticket or table will be written on every single ticket. For the table booking, we will send the tickets according to the number of table capacity or the number of people you mention when you fill in the booking form.

If you use a credit card, we suggest you bring your government-issued photo identification matching the name on the ticket and credit card used for the purchase. All individuals who used entry paid for the same credit card suggested entering the venue together.

Red Ruby has the right to refuse admission or remove those who act inappropriately. We will not tolerate those who are violent against the rule and give a negative impact on the event. Legal acts might be conducted if necessary.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that all information you provide, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete, and correct and that you will update all information as it changes. You agree that you will only use credit cards belonging to you to make a purchase. You further agree that you will not attempt to conceal your identity by using multiple Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses or email addresses to use or make a purchase with the Service.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

There may be inaccuracies of information that are typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site. These may affect and relate to event descriptions, promotions, event flyers, pricing, availability, and additional tax price.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted if any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
