Red Ruby's Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Red Ruby Rewards Program operated by StarPoints by Starworks Global Pte Ltd is a holding company for Taman Bintang Bali herein referred to as “Red Ruby, “we” or “us”. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to be bound by the below terms.

1. The member must be at least 18 years old to join the loyalty program.
2. The member must submit a name as present on the government ID card, date of birth, valid phone number & valid email address to join the program and be able to receive any promotion.
3. The member is responsible to inform or update if there are any changes in the data.
4. You can join to be a member without any minimum purchase and FREE of charge.
5. The membership can only be used by the owner whose name is registered on the card according to the data input during registration.
6. Each Member is only entitled to one program account. Red Ruby reserves the right to refuse, merge, or close additional accounts at any time.
7. Every member can only have 1 (one) membership card and the card is for personal use only.
8. The membership card cannot be used as a payment card.
9. The card, points, and Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
10. The member can log in to the Red Ruby Member App to use the membership card, checkpoints, redeem points, purchase history, and all related material to the Red Ruby Rewards program.
11. For every IDR 5,000 (five thousand rupiahs) spent at the Red Ruby The Terrace, Red Ruby Club, and Red Ruby website the member will get 1 (one) point.
12. The member can buy points on the Red Ruby Member App or contact us at [email protected]
13. The points will not have an expiry date unless the member is no longer participating in the Red Ruby Loyalty Program. Upon termination or expiry of your account, all points and Rewards already accrued or issued will be canceled.
14. The member may only redeem points only at Red Ruby The Terrace/Red Ruby Club and must represent the Red Ruby membership card.
15. For redemption, every point worth IDR 2500 (two thousand five hundred rupiahs). Points will be deducted after points exchange for any products or charity.
16. Points CANNOT be used to pay partial or full payment at Red Ruby The Terrace, Red Ruby Club, and Red Ruby online website.
17. Rewards CANNOT be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.
18. You can use your points for charity and donation instead of redeeming for products, food, and beverage. Red Ruby will give your donation to the charity partner the equivalent value of points donated. Red Ruby has the right to change the charity partners without giving any notice to you.
19. We may use your personal information for sending marketing, promotion, customer-based marketing research, accounting report, and other purposes with respect and appropriate. Please read our Privacy Policy.
20. Red Ruby has the right to discontinue or cancel the rewards program any time upon publication on websites and social media.
21. These terms and conditions, member rewards program, and any other subject related to the program can change from time to time with or without notice. The member is responsible for checking regularly.
22. You can end your membership by contacting us at [email protected]. All points and benefits already accrued or issued will be canceled upon termination.

RED MEMBER (free to join)

• You will get 50 reward points as you joined as our members. It's like a welcoming reward.
• You will get a 10% discount ON ALL purchases of MERCHANDISE, FOOD & BEVERAGE at The Club and Terrace.
• You will get FREE ENTRANCE TICKET access to the Club on the Regular/Weekly Events, and 10% OFF to the SPECIAL EVENTS (include table booking).
• BIRTHDAY TREATMENT: you will get a 20% discount ON ALL purchases of MERCHANDISE, FOOD & BEVERAGE at The Club and Terrace AND FOR YOUR ENTIRE PARTY/TABLE IF BOOKED.

GOLD MEMBER (upgrade to the GOLD member with 10.000 points)

• You will get added 75 points as a reward for reaching the Gold Level.
• You will get a benefit of 2 for 1 Drink (by the glass) ALL DAY & ALL NIGHT. (NOT APPLY TO BIRTHDAY)
• You will get FREE ENTRANCE TICKET access to the Club on the Regular/Weekly Events, and 15% OFF to the SPECIAL EVENTS (include table booking)
• You will get a 15% discount ON ALL purchases of MERCHANDISE, FOOD & BEVERAGE at The Club and Terrace.
• BIRTHDAY TREATMENT: You will get a 20% discount ON ALL purchases of MERCHANDISE, FOOD & BEVERAGE at The Club and Terrace AND FOR YOUR ENTIRE PARTY/TABLE IF BOOKED.

BLACK MEMBER (upgrade to the BLACK member with 100.000 points)

• You will get added 100 points as a reward for reaching the BLACK Level PLUS FREE RED RUBY ACCESSORIES (NECK CHAIN FOR MEN, ANKLE BRACELET FOR LADY).
• You will get a benefit of 2 for 1 Drink (by the glass) ALL DAY & ALL NIGHT (NOT APPLY TO BIRTHDAY OR PRIVATE PARTY).
• You will get a 25% discount ON ALL purchases of FOOD & BEVERAGE, 20% discount on MERCHANDISE at The Club and Terrace.
• You will get FREE ENTRANCE TICKET access to the Club on the Regular/Weekly Events, and 25% OFF to the SPECIAL EVENTS (include table booking).
• BIRTHDAY TREATMENT OR PRIVATE PARTY: You will get a 25% discount ON ALL purchases of FOOD & BEVERAGE, 20% discount on MERCHANDISE at The Club and Terrace AND FOR YOUR ENTIRE PARTY/TABLE IF BOOKED.
